What is not included
This service aims to perform the diagnosis and planning of the version upgrade. Therefore, it does not include the execution of the upgrade project or the adjustments identified during the analysis. Not included in this service:
- Execution of the SoftExpert Suite version upgrade;
- Adjustments or reparameterizations identified during the diagnosis;
- Adjustments of customizations, portals, reports or integrations;
- Execution of tests, validations or training identified as necessary;
- Other execution activities indicated in the Change Management report.
At the end of the service, the necessary efforts and activities will be identified and estimated, which will allow the client to decide on their execution. If you wish these activities to be carried out by SoftExpert, they may be the subject of an additional contract.
Business conditions
Important: This service is performed remotely. If you need an on-site consultation, travel expenses are not included.
