What is not included
This service aims to perform the diagnosis and planning of the version update. Therefore, it does not include the execution of the update project or the adjustments identified during the analysis. Not included in this service:
- Execution of the SoftExpert Suite version update;
- Adjustments or reparameterizations identified during the diagnosis;
- Adjustments of customizations, portals, reports or integrations;
- Execution of tests, validations or training identified as necessary;
- Other execution activities pointed out in the Change Management report.
At the end of the service, the necessary efforts and activities will be identified and estimated, allowing the client to decide on their execution. If you wish for these activities to be carried out by SoftExpert, they may be the subject of additional contracting.
Business conditions
Important: This service is done remotely. If you need an on-site consultation, travel expenses are not included.
