SoftExpert PPM is a project management tool based on the best management practices proposed by PMBOK, and supports project life cycle management. It is a solution that allows for total flexibility to customize flows, build forms, and adopt business rules that are necessary for the customer.
It is natively integrated with some SoftExpert Suite components. With the combined use of the Project, Form, Process, and Workflow tools, it is possible to manage activities that precede the creation of projects, such as Idea Programs, Innovation Programs, Commercial Flows, Engineering Flows, among many others.
This training will show the user how to work with the PPM solution natively integrated with the Process and Project components.



Course objective
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
• Use the SoftExpert Project, Form, Process, Workflow, and Analytics components in an integrated way
• Parameterize the activity that generates a project within a process flowchart
• Associate the activity of a flowchart with the addition, change, and association of a project
• Operate the system with the form to support the execution of a process that will manage activities that precede the creation of projects
• Start planning a new project within a workflow
• Understand the importance of portals for controlling and monitoring project management
