Terms of Use

When purchasing a product from the Solutions category, you agree to the terms below:

Activities Performed

When delivering this solution, the following activities will be performed:
- Implementation of the solution in the testing and production environments;
- Training of the solution for up to 10 (ten) people, or provision of a training video;

Premises

- It is necessary to have the licenses for the components used in each solution. The mandatory components are described in the details of each automated process. In the plan option: "I want to be a client", the licenses for all mandatory components were considered. If you are already a SoftExpert client and do not have the necessary components, we will send an additional proposal for these items;
- Your company's SeSuite must be updated to the current version. If it is on a previous version, you will be asked to update it. To check the current version, click here;
- Delivery will be made remotely. To grant access, use the "Support code generation" feature. Or, if it is necessary to access a server, we will need high-performance remote access (via VPN or similar).;
- Access to a Full profile license is required for the consultant during the work.


Specific Exclusions

- The solution does not provide for changes/adjustments, integration with other systems, specific management reports, data loading or any additional request to the solution description, but if necessary, all these services can be quoted separately. Consult our service catalog;
- Regulated clients who contract the SoftExpert validation kit will not have this automated process/solution in the kit. Therefore, to validate the processes of this solution, it will be mandatory to contract a specific validation kit;
- Complete training of the components involved will not be provided. If you are interested in complete training, see our Training section;
- No activity will be performed that is outside the scope provided for in the item: Activities Performed.

Commercial Conditions

- In the "I want to be a customer" option, your subscription will be automatically renewed annually, except when there is a cancellation request by either party, with 30 days' notice.
- In this option, the customer does not acquire the license definitively. The amount corresponds to a subscription and access is granted while the payment is active.

Warranty

- The solutions have a standard 3 months warranty. During this period, SoftExpert is responsible for correction/adjustment in the event of malfunction.
- After this period, the customer can purchase an extended warranty. See more in our Services > Extended Warranty section .
