How do SoftExpert Store solutions work?
Our solutions are built from the SoftExpert Suite. For this reason, if you are not yet a SoftExpert customer, at the time of purchase, you will need to use the option: “I want to become a SoftExpert client” and then you will receive everything you need to use your solution.
Which type of plan should I choose?
If your company already uses SoftExpert Suite, you have two options:
- I am a customer and want to pay in full;
- I am a customer and want to pay in 12 installments;
These two options do not have annual renewal. In other words, after making the payment(s) in 1 or 12 installments, you will no longer have any costs for this Store solution.
If your company does not yet use SoftExpert Suite, you should choose the option: I want to be a customer.
This type of plan is a monthly subscription, with annual renewal, which includes all the infrastructure and licenses necessary to use the solutions purchased in our Store.

What is included in the “I want to become a SoftExpert client” package?
This package includes:
- Access to SoftExpert Suite in a secure environment in our Cloud (AWS) for up to 3 users;
- Nominal licenses (3 users) of SoftExpert Suite that you will need to access your store solution;
- Technical support service.
What is the difference between Technical Support and Extended Warranty?
The technical support service is for all standard SoftExpert Suite features and functionalities. Therefore, if you have any questions or difficulties using SoftExpert Suite, you will contact our Support team, who will provide you with support.
The extended warranty is specifically for maintenance on the development of our Store solution. It will be used if any correction or maintenance is required after the end of the 3-month standard warranty. Therefore, for customers who have the extended warranty, our Store team will make the necessary adjustments to ensure that our Store solution works. How does the free trial work?
Some products in our Store have the option of a free trial. To release your access, you need to fill out a form with some information. You will then receive the credentials for access and all of our help material. For 7 consecutive days, you will be able to test and get to know the chosen solution in a practical way.
What is the delivery time?
After your payment is confirmed, our team will contact you within 3 business days with all the necessary information.
How will I be charged?
After providing your information and completing your purchase, you will have access to the invoice for your first installment. The remaining invoices will be made available in the month they are due.
