Through the training with the SoftExpert Kanban and SoftExpert Analytics components, it will be possible to learn how to perform the agile management by using this system tool. We will learn about the Kanban and Scrum methods.
Kanban is a pulling approach, which means that tasks are only started if there is availability. This helps ensure that teams are not overloaded with work and are able to focus on delivering tasks quickly.
Scrum, on the other hand, is another agile method for project management, based on short work cycles called sprints, which usually last from one to four weeks.
Course objective
The objective of this training is to aid the user in performing the necessary parameterization for the use of the SoftExpert Kanban component, as well as the planning, the execution, and the monitoring of the agile task management.
